Rental Assistance

Rental Assistance helps households that are eligible due to income or living situation by providing emergency housing to help prevent homelessness. Individuals may apply for financial assistance to pay a security deposit, a first month’s rent or delinquent rent.

Who Qualifies for Rental Assistance?

Assistance is available to those who meet federal income guidelines. Individuals are invited to call and schedule a pre-screening workshop to determine eligibility for the program.

Households with children may be eligible for up to $1,000 within a 24-month period, whereas households without children may be eligible for $750 within a 24-month period.
