For more than 60 years, Community Progress Council has helped low-income families in the Hanover area work toward economic self-sufficiency.
Our Hanover Hub, co-located with St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Hanover PA at 30 W. Chestnut Street, connects families with programs like WIC, Head Start, and one-on-one coaching through their Navigators and Coaches.
Right now, CPC has openings in our Head Start classrooms for children ages 3 to 5 for the 2026-2027 school year, free for qualifying families. Call 717-846-4600 to connect with a Navigator.
